Lucky 2 Hotel & Travel, Hanoi

My stay at Lucky 2 was a bit challenging due to the dusty and dirty rooms making it hard to use the AC or fan, especially with allergies. However, the room itself was comfortable and cozy, located close to the balcony. The service was top-notch with hospitable and helpful staff, offering various convenient services. The location in the Old Quarter was bustling and vibrant, though a bit removed from the touristy areas. The dining options were limited but decent, and the facilities were satisfactory.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. However, I did feel like the atmosphere was a bit lacking that homely touch. The hotel's location was brilliant, within walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and the vibrant old quarter of Hanoi.
