My stay at Lucky 2 was a bit challenging due to the dusty and dirty rooms making it hard to use the AC or fan, especially with allergies. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. However, I did feel like the atmosphere was a bit lacking that homely touch. The hotel's location was brilliant, within walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and the vibrant old quarter of Hanoi.

I had such a pleasant stay at Lucky 2. The rooms were large, clean, and had a nice size bathroom, making for a quiet and comfortable experience compared to street-facing rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive, always there to help within a short time frame. The location was perfect right near the lake, with plenty of dining options nearby and convenient access to the old quarter. The dining experience was quite satisfying, especially my morning coffee, and the facilities were top-notch.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, well-serviced daily, and have very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The breakfast was also a great addition. However, the dining experience left much to be desired. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to assist us in various ways. The location is central with plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, a great value for the price.
